How to be Calm
Relaxation & Meditation
Calm is a practice we choose every day. As a long-time meditation practitioner whose life has been transformed by the power of various forms chosen activity, support, meditation and breathwork, I weave together techniques from ancient traditions, modern practices, and personalized approaches. I support individuals in finding calm, clarity, and balance through their everyday practices. I think of your wellness life like a puzzle– you and we just have to find and fit together your pieces. The pieces can be very practical, such as choosing peace or pieces everyday through your own chosen activities.
But I can’t do meditation…
For many of us, “relaxation” means scrolling on a phone, watching TV, or having a glass of wine at the end of the day. While these habits may provide temporary relief, they don’t always create the deep rest and restoration our minds and bodies truly need.
Sustainable relaxation practices go beyond distraction—they calm the nervous system, release built-up stress, and support long-term well-being. There are often healthier ways to unwind while also building resilience and clarity.
As a Reiki practitioner, I am passionate about helping others release negative energy and reconnect with their own natural state of peace. Guided by strong intuition, my Reiki sessions aim to provide clients with clarity, feedback, and renewed perspective. I believe in creating a supportive space where each person can explore their own path to healing, relaxation, and inner growth.
