‘How to Be Calm’ was created by me using all the techniques I have gathered spiritually, scientifically, formally, and informally over the last ten years.

I am a dedicated practitioner of being calm, and although I haven’t perfected it yet, my toolbox is big, my journey is wide, and it is still commencing.

I want to share with you what I have learned. I am not a guru, although I am a practicing Buddhist and Yoga instructor. I have changed my life by learning techniques and creating my own. This four-week class is not about my way of being calm; it’s about guiding you to discover yours. This class is for those who think meditation isn’t for them or who have tried and failed. If you are looking for practical ways of helping yourself, come and give this class a try.

The class covers the difference between meditation and mindfulness and how to be calm in a crisis so you can approach your life in different ways with different practices. I will be using various techniques, including movement, breathing, sounds, guidance, and silence. I am truly dedicated to the notion that everyone should understand how to be calm, no matter what life throws at you.
