Exercise

Exercise is something we all need every day — not just for fitness, but for energy, balance, and peace of mind. My goal is to keep you accountable and consistent with all the essentials: daily movement, strength training, balance, stretching, and, just as importantly, rest. Together, we’ll create a routine that supports your body and your life, every single day.


Coaching 
Life can often feel overwhelming. When the weight of responsibilities builds, it can become difficult to see a clear path forward or establish effective structure. My role is to support you in creating that clarity. Together, we will identify the areas of your life that require the most attention—whether they be family, relationships, career ambitions, or personal organization.
Stress and anxiety are common in today’s fast-paced world, but they do not need to dictate the quality of your life. Through guided strategies and practical tools, I will help you build focus, resilience, and a sense of balance so you can move forward with confidence.


Healing, Relaxation & Meditation. 

As a long-time meditation practitioner whose life has been transformed by the power of various forms of meditation and breathwork, I weave together techniques from ancient traditions, modern practices, and personalized approaches. I support individuals in finding calm, clarity, and balance through their everyday practices.  I think of your wellness life like a puzzle–you just have to find and fit together your pieces.
